Lydia, originally from New York City, relocated to Boone after building more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She joined the Bluebird team in 2024 and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Lydia enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients while promoting healthy, beautiful smiles.

Outside of the office, Lydia loves spending time in nature and exploring local hiking trails with her dogs. She is also the proud mother of two adult children—a daughter and a son.

Micala, graduated first in her class from East Tennessee State University in 2017, with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She loves making her patients feel at ease during their dental appointments and making sure they feel educated and in charge of their oral health.

Micala is a native of Ashe County and enjoys spending time with her husband and three young boys. When she’s not chasing kids, she’s chasing dogs, baking, shooting a photography session, or planning her next home DIY.

Bria joined the team in August 2021 after graduating from the dental assisting program at Wilkes Community College. She enjoys working in pediatric dentistry because every day brings fun moments and opportunities to help children feel comfortable during their dental visit!

Outside of the office, Bria loves spending time with her family and friends, watching her favorite movies and TV shows, and capturing special moments through photography!

Brittany graduated from the Wilkes Community College Dental Assisting Program in 2018. She spent three years in general dentistry before discovering her passion for pediatric dentistry and joined the Bluebird team in 2021.

Brittany loves working with children and is passionate about helping them feel comfortable, overcome their fears, and build confidence during their dental visits. Creating positive experiences for her patients is what she enjoys most about pediatric dentistry.

Brittany married her high school sweetheart, Jacob, in 2014, and together they have two sons, Greylon and Judson. She works part-time at Bluebird while homeschooling her children. Outside of the office, Brittany loves being outdoors—cheering on her sons at baseball games, fishing, and making memories with her family. Although she calls the mountains home, Brittany’s heart is always near the ocean. She enjoys exploring new Caribbean locations, snorkeling with her family, cruising, and discovering new adventures together.

Brittany graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Wilkes Community College in 2022 and joined the Bluebird family in August of that same year. She loves working in pediatric dentistry and is passionate about helping children have positive dental experiences.

Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with family and friends, or relaxing with a good book. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Brandon, and together they welcomed their son, Carter, in April 2026. She loves spending quality time with her family and embracing all the adventures that come with this exciting new chapter of life.
